ITASCA, Ill., June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the acquisition of Carpenter, Cammack & Associates, Inc. headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1992, Carpenter, Cammack & Associates (CCA) is a full service insurance agency offering commercial property/casualty and risk management insurance services to their clients in the southeastern United States. They also specialize in insurance products for the construction, manufacturing, wholesaling, petroleum and aviation industries. Thomas S. Carpenter, J. Chris Cammack and their associates will continue to operate out of their Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro and Fayetteville, North Carolina locations under the direction of David L. Marcus, Southeast Regional Manager of Gallagher's Brokerage Services Retail Division.
